Offline classes during our intensive week

2020 has been quite the year. In March all of our classes suddenly went online from one week to another. In our current courses, both our morning and evening courses are being taught in a virtual classroom. We’ve had online open days, workshops, escape rooms and pub quizzes.

For our intensive weeks, we have found a way to teach classes offline again. In collaboration with L’ecole de Francais we have arranged spacious classrooms in which small groups can enjoy face-2-face classes again. This location in the center of Amsterdam is close to our office location and good to reach by bike, which is a nice and safe way to go to class.

The groups are between 3 and 5 students, and the classrooms have enough space to learn Dutch while maintaining distance. The classrooms are cleaned before the classes start and hand sanitizer is available. To keep your distance, marks are placed on the floor. This way you know where you can take a seat. This may feel a bit forced, but these adjustments give you the space to enjoy Dutch language classes in a classroom. And it will be fun for sure, that still is the way we teach Dutch!

Do you live in Amsterdam, do you want to learn Dutch offline, and do you have time between October 19 and 23? Then our intensive week is a great course for you!

With the current restrictions, it seems like the intensive weeks are our only offline classes for the remaining of 2020. Do you prefer having class without a laptop in between? Then please consider taking a look at our intensive program. More information can be found here. Any questions? Reach out on info@koentact.nl and we’ll answer any question you still might have!
